Arkadia bursts bubbles. For over 20 years, the programme has challenged partners in key industries and next-generation decision-makers in Finnish society to engage in pluralistic dialogue.
For partners of Arkadia, the programme has been a channel in which to listen to their stakeholders and communicate about both what they and their sector does transparently and effectively.
The programme participants particularly praise Arkadia for the new contacts, dialogues, memorable visits and gaining political insights and knowledge.
Arkadia has created a network which allows the next generation of political influencers to gain confidence, both for standing for election and working on campaigns.
Almost half of Finnish MPs aged under 40 have completed the Arkadia programme.
Events
During the history of the programme, we have arranged well over 100 networking events and company visits, which have attracted over 1,000 next generation influencers.
Stakeholder communications
We facilitate cross-party networking and discussion on the most significant issues in a range of industries. On the Arkadia programme, partners can test their lobbying messages and hear the view of a broad swath of the next generation of decision makers.
Communication support and content production
We don’t just organize stakeholder events: we support partners in producing engaging content for their target groups. The Arkadia programme, for example, has its own podcast series and mobile app.

We help first-in-class companies and organizations to actively develop their stakeholder dialogue, reinforce their future networks, and influence their operating environments
